Custom Mountainside Lodge w/Pool Table & Hot Tub

Beautifully crafted custom mountainside home overlooking Sunday River and the Mahoosuc Mountains. This elegant home features a walk in mudroom directly from the carport for easy unloading of all your gear and luggage out of the weather. Enjoy taking in the fresh mountain air relaxing on the sprawling covered deck. The lower outside level boast a custom landscaped flagstone patio that leads out to the hot tub.
The open concept main creates a space where everyone can gather around the gas fireplace and meals can be cooked in the well stocked professionally designed kitchen. All while enjoying the mountain views.
The main floor features an ensuite master bedroom with private entrance to the deck as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The lower level features two additional bedrooms, one being a bunk room and another full bath. Centered in the lower level is second living room with surround sound as well as a pool table and direct access out to the hot tub.
