On the ground level you will be welcomed into the large mudroom that has all the space needed to store your gear. Beyond the mudroom is the pool/entertainment room that offers a great secondary living space with two futons, a live edge bar top as well as an additional queen bed. This room has a dedicated full bathroom and opens to the lower-level patio and private hot tub.
