You'll be only four miles from the Sunday River Ski Resort, allowing you to grab your skis and be on the slopes in no time. Only 5 miles from Sunday River Golf Club, one of the most beautiful golf courses in New England. Grafton Notch State Park is just a short drive away, where you'll find miles of backcountry hiking trails through some of Maine's most spectacular terrain as well as family friendly walks to caves and waterfalls.

Of course, we wouldn't blame you if you choose to spend all your time relaxing in this spectacular three-story home.
